1. Exchange Conditions

All products purchased from our site can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
• The received product(s) differed from the original order
• Anything is missing from the package including labels and original packing, etc.

⚠️ Important: Claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.

2. Documentation Requirements

Please email pictures of the opening of parcel to claim exchange policy. For disputes, mail lawnalmirah@gmail.com within 7 days after order delivery.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

Lawn Almirah will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

• Discounted Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged
• Stitched Articles: Once unstitched articles are stitched, they will not be entertained
• Ready to Wear: Ready to wear fabric once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Lawn Almirah within the next 60 days.

8. Custom Duties

If during delivery, custom duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.

9. Order Cancellation by Lawn Almirah

Lawn Almirah may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include:

• The item is out of stock
• Found damaged during quality check
• Technical error such as wrong prices
• Credit card or PayPal payment is declined

Lawn Almirah makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product.

Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly. Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to:

• Lighting during photo shoot
• Your device display settings
• Printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards

All details of products are given on the website and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review the product description before making an order.

Payment Failure

Refunds & Cancellation

You will be offered online store credit against your order value if you cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement, given that the order hasn't been dispatched.

However, in cases where the ordered items are unavailable, we will offer a full refund which can take up to 7 working days to process as per bank policy.
